My Lists page and user area update

The user area now includes a dedicated My Lists page with persistent personal lists, a cleaner independent card layout, WebP asset updates, and English UI text for the new feature.

Users can now create personal shopping lists, wishlists, and quick notes directly in the protected user area.
Lists and items are stored persistently in the database and can be added, toggled, and deleted from the page.
Each list now renders in its own independent container so cards no longer visually flow into each other.
Starter lists were removed so the section begins empty until a user creates the first list.
Relevant navigation links were added and updated, and the new lists area was switched to English text.
Image references used by the touched pages were updated to the current WebP assets.

The Devlogs area is now live

A dedicated space for platform updates, release notes, announcements, and short development reports is now part of VertexVienna.

New posts can now be managed directly from the website by admins with permission level 10 or higher.
The layout separates featured news, recent updates, and general platform direction in a clearer way than a generic content page.

Homepage and section design alignment

Public pages now follow a more coherent shell with stronger hierarchy, clearer cards, and a more consistent route system between sections.

The goal is to make projects, downloads, and studio information feel like connected parts of one platform.
Further additions will continue to use this shared shell instead of older isolated page patterns.

Release communication is being centralized

Future release announcements, feature rollouts, and short changelogs are meant to appear here first so visitors have one predictable update stream.

This keeps public communication separate from product detail pages.
It also gives the homepage a cleaner route to ongoing activity without mixing every message into the same layout block.

The Devlogs area is intended to cover four main formats: announcements, updates, release notes, and milestone reports.

Announcements cover visible changes or new directions.
Updates describe ongoing work, while release notes focus on public output and milestone reports give broader context.
